Changes become effective upon publication on the website. Significant changes will be communicated by e-mail.

No warning without prior contact

In the event of claims relating to copyright, competition or trademark law, please contact us immediately. Objectionable content will be checked and removed immediately. Costs for warnings without prior contact will be rejected due to non-compliance with the duty to mitigate damages.

What personal data we collect

Data is collected when: Use of services (including the Brandstätter & Co. KG pitch booking system), membership application, web form submission or other contact.

Required data: E-mail address, possibly billing address data for contract conclusion

Voluntary information: All other personal data

Categories surveyed include:

  • Identifying data: Name, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, date of birth, membership number, player ID, tennis association ID
  • Payment information: Bank account numbers for paid services (court bookings, sports offers, membership fees, locker rentals)
  • Demographic data: Age, gender, interests, personal preferences
  • Web form data
  • Authentication and verification data

Automatically recorded data:

  • Computer and connection information such as statistics on page views, data traffic
  • IP addresses, pages visited, web server log data

Page activities, link clicks, actions in services and advertising/email content

Data from other sources:

Users can create their own customer accounts via the „Tennis 04“ court booking system (Brandstätter & Co. KG). These do not oblige to membership.

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry. In the case of general inquiries, your data will only be stored for the purpose of correspondence without further processing.

In which cases we pass on your personal data

To tennis associations and tennis schools: Shared content and services (entry lists, team registrations, training, special offers). Detection and prevention of fraud and illegal activities.

To service providers and financial institutions: Seat booking system, member administration, newsletter tools, payment processing, fraud, security and invoice collection support.

To authorities and third parties: To comply with legal obligations, enforce terms of use, defend claims, protect rights, property and safety.

How long we store your personal data

Stored for as long as necessary for service provision, legal obligations, dispute resolution and terms of use enforcement.

  • BASF Tennisclub e.V. membership: Deletion from membership software and seat booking system after resignation
  • Seat booking system without membership: Retrievable at any time; deletion after last billing

Privacy policy for the newsletter

BASF Tennisclub e.V. treats personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations. When registering for the newsletter, the surname, first name and e-mail address are collected. Data will only be used to send the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties.

Users receive free information about stored personal data and have the right to correct incorrect data and delete personal data.


Privacy policy for the Facebook plugin

The website uses Facebook plugins (Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304). The plugin establishes a connection to Facebook. Usage data is forwarded to Facebook servers. For logged-in users, data is assigned to the personal account. Logging out before using the plugin prevents this.


Information on data processing in connection with Google Analytics

Google Analytics uses so-called „cookies“, text files that are stored on the visitor's computer. Exclusive use with „_anonymizeIp()“ extension. IP addresses are shortened; direct personal references are excluded.

Google uses information to analyze website usage, generate reports and provide related services (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Data linked to cookies/user IDs are automatically deleted after 50 months.
