Sport with restrictions

BASF Tennisclub e.V. is actively committed to inclusion in sport. In cooperation with Special Olympics and BASF SE, we regularly organize inclusive sporting events. Around 50 participants with and without disabilities experience tennis, padel, boules and handball together on our course - led by experienced coaches.

What does an inclusive membership mean?

An inclusive membership means that people with and without disabilities are equally welcome. We offer barrier-free access to our courses and clubhouses, special training offers and individual support as required.

From the first swing of the racket to the tournament: our team accompanies every member on their way - with experience, empathy and a genuine passion for the sport.

Our offers

Four building blocks that make „tennis club“ a place for everyone.

Barrier-free sports facilities and clubhouse

Special training groups for people with disabilities (tennis and padel)

Inclusive tournaments and events together with Special Olympics

Individual support from trained trainers

Why inclusion in sport is important

Sport connects people and promotes social interaction. Through inclusive membership, we create an environment in which everyone can develop their talent and feel like a valuable part of the club.

Participation in social life is a fundamental right. This must be preserved, supported, expanded and lived - day after day, in our squares and far beyond.
