In perfect tennis weather, our Ladies 1 welcomed the team from Zweirad Stadler for their second home match of the season on Friday. After some superb individual performances, in which no match went to a tie-break, the score was already 5:1 - the match day was thus decided early on.
The subsequent doubles were more exciting: two matches went the full distance, one of which the visitors narrowly won. The third double also went to the opponents - but this time by a clear margin of 1:6, 3:6.
Overall, our ladies secured a well-deserved 6:3 home win.

Only Christina Dinu was narrowly beaten 10:7 in the match tie-break. With an intermediate score of 5:1, the team went into the doubles.
Selina Dal and Stephanie Visscher won confidently with 1:6, 1:6. Lorena Schädel and Alexa Volkov played a close match, but lost 10:8 in the match tiebreak. The match day ended with a deserved 2:7 away win for our ladies.
Congratulations to the whole team and the coaches - we are already looking forward to the next game!
