REVIEW: Home match against Augsburg Siebentisch

After a narrow away defeat (4:5) last Friday against the team from TC RW MRH Trowe Sprendlingen, our men's 1 team led by head coach Denis Gremelmayr started the first home match of the season last Sunday, and played against TC Augsburg Siebentisch in the best tennis weather.

After the singles wins by Dias, Haliak, Torres, Cretu and Diez, our team went into the doubles with a score of 5:1.
The subsequent doubles matches were much closer. Unfortunately, two matches were narrowly lost, but our men were able to win one double by forfeiting their opponents.

In the end, our team deserved to win 6:3. The team put in a cohesive and strong performance and is now confidently looking ahead to its next home game against Wiesbaden.
