German Youth Championships & Summer Southwest Circuit
There was a lot going on at our facility last week:
From Monday, June 3rd to the final day on Saturday, June 8th, the DTB hosted its German Youth Championships in Ludwigshafen for the 30th time.
Over 6 days, around 200 youngsters competed against each other for the respective titles in their age groups U13, U14 and U16.
The title of “German Youth Champion” was awarded on Saturday:

After the number of DJM athletes and thus the total number of visitors decreased over the course of the week, the facility filled up again at the weekend:
The Summer South-West Circuit took place from Friday to Sunday - a J1 tournament in which the U12 talents of the eight South-West associations (Baden, Bavaria, Hesse, Middle Rhine, Lower Rhine, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland and Württemberg) faced each other.
All in all, we can speak of a great tournament week, which was characterized not only by good organization and execution, but also by the best weather and a good atmosphere on all sides.
