Do you want to get moving, work out, learn new skills and find out how strong you are? Then \u201cFight & Focus - Your summer kick\u201d is just the thing for you!

Power, technique and team spirit await you in two intensive days. You'll learn the basics of boxing, kickboxing and wrestling - in a fair, powerful and controlled manner - while strengthening your self-confidence and body language. There will also be plenty of action, fun and room for your personality.
